This is Christmas, Happy Christmas...

Let it Snow!
I don't have snow boots, so we improvised with garbage bags on my feet!
My feet stayed dry...you know you're a redneck when...

Once I was a snowman, snowman, snowman

The snow wouldn't pack, so Kent turned me into a Snowman!!!

Yes, That is ME under that snowman!

Once I was a snowman, cold, cold, cold!

I had to hold my breath when Kent covered my face with snow, AND I had to hold the carrot in my mouth! The things we do for love...

Kent's parents' home in the snow

Kent took me and our friend Mikell to the Boston Ballet Nutcracker for Christmas!

Eating Ice Cream sundaes at Hebert's Candy Mansion

We got to create our own sweet madness!

Sweet Tooth...?

Sweet Tooth!!!

Red Sox "gingerbread" house we made with some kids from Church!

Merry Christmas! It's been such a great couple of months since my last post. The title of this post actually comes from part of a new song that Kent just wrote. As most of you can probably imagine, it is just beautiful! He is going to be copywriting his songs officially here in the next couple of weeks, and then we will start working on getting his songs heard out there!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving--nice and quiet, just Kent, me, Reed, and their parents. We had our first "big" snow storm last weekend--we got just under a foot of snow! Instead of being the typical New England, wet, heavy snow though, it was a light, powder, Utah-ish snow. Church got cancelled, Kent and I shoveled the driveway and Reed's ramp, then we played in the snow.

We are spending Christmas out here in Boston--it's my first Christmas away from my family. We miss them, but are grateful for the chance to be here with Reed and Kent's parents.

We found out that Kent didn't get into UW for grad school. He's on the waiting list for TX A&M, and that's all we know still. We're praying for the right thing to happen, and are excited to know when, where, and what that will be!

May the Lord bless each of you during this Christmas season. Merry Christmas!
